This Practice operates a procedure for the investigation of complaints which is co-ordinated by Mr Scott Carruthers, Business Manager. Your complaint should be submitted as soon as possible and the Business Manager will ensure that all relevant details are recorded and will arrange for the circumstances to be investigated.
We aim to report back to you within 14 days or to advise you if this is not possible.
