Practice boundary

The following map shows the new extended boundary for the practice. This is for those patients who are already registered but move home to the area between the contractual boundary and the new extended boundary (between the purple and green boundary).

This extended boundary does not apply to new patients moving into the area. To register with the practice you must be within the contractual practice boundary (within the green boundary).
